About the Role

The Company is seeking a Permanent Tax Director to lead and manage all tax-related activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing tax strategies to ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international tax laws. This role involves providing expert tax advice to senior management, overseeing tax operations, and leading the tax team in the preparation and review of corporate tax returns. Applicants for the Tax Director position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and hold an active CPA license. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a tax leadership role, particularly within the finance industry, is required.
