Position : Associate Data Analyst at CoreLend Financial

CoreLend Financial is a leading financial institution specializing in providing innovative and flexible lending solutions to individuals and businesses. We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Associate Data Analyst to join our team and help drive data-driven decision making.

As an Associate Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to provide insights and recommendations to support business operations and strategy. You will work closely with our data team to develop and implement data-driven solutions and be a key contributor to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collect and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends, and provide insights and recommendations to support business decision making

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and implement data solutions to support business operations and strategy

Perform data validations and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of data

Continuously monitor and improve data processes and systems to optimize data accuracy and efficiency

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques to enhance the company's data capabilities

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial industry

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and SQL

Experience with data visualization tools and BI platforms such as Tableau or Power BI

Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience with data transformation and modeling

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner

Detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy and quality

Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus

Ability to adapt to changing business needs and learn new technologies quickly
