Technical / Functional Skills

We seek "T-shaped" professionals : specialists in UX development with interests spanning other UX disciplines.

Minimum 7 years of experience in front-end development.

Minimum 5 years of experience with UI / UX design techniques.

Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, and Illustrator or similar tools.

Experience with responsive and mobile web design.

Ability to create intuitive interfaces and interaction layers, using best practices and current web trends.

Wireframing, designing, and refining user experiences.

Architecting information and conducting usability sessions with stakeholders.

Delivering HTML to development teams and collaborating on multiple design options.

Managerial Skills

Experience mentoring and guiding junior UX associates.
