ComResource is looking for a System Administrator.

We need someone to assist in managing cloud and on-prem IT infrastructure, supporting endpoint systems, user access, and overall system health in a hybrid Microsoft environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Administer Azure environments and Microsoft 365 platforms.
  • Maintain on-prem infrastructure including Windows Servers, Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Configure firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
  • Implement security practices including MFA, Conditional Access, and device management.
  • Provide end-user support and manage help desk ticketing and RMM tools.
  • Oversee hybrid identity and policy management using Group Policy and Intune.

Essentials :

  • 2+ years experience with Azure and Microsoft 365.
  • 2–5 years working with Windows Servers and local infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of networking and identity management.
  • Experience in MSP environments is a plus.

    • Desired :

  • Certifications (e.g., CompTIA, MS-102, AZ-104 / 500, SC-300).
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (CIS, NIST, HIPAA, GDPR, CMMC).
