Finance Analyst

This position is a part of Operations & Supply Chain Finance team in the Raytheon Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) division supporting PATRIOT Radar Integrated Product Team. PATRIOT Radar has a wide range of contract types, customers, and deliverables. The successful candidate for this position will support quarterly estimate at completes (EACs), monthly earned value analysis, monthly budget change requests, demonstrate the ability to perform meaningful analysis, assist in financial recommendations, and communicate effectively while partnering with management.

What You Will Do

• Perform financial analysis for both total program and product level cost elements to help define, understand, and explain monthly and quarterly variances from budget and EAC positions
• Maintain accurate records for budget and EAC tracking to ensure adequate funding is available using earned value management systems (EVMS)
• Process approved budget change requests (BCR) and ensures all changes are incorporated into control systems
• Partner with Patriot product line teams, LADS program management offices, supply chain, and other cross business teams

This is an onsite position. Employees who are working in onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. Relocation is not provided.

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
