REQUIREMENTS :

• Communicate job expectations and coach / counsel direct reports.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three years' experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred.
• Previous supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite : Outlook, Excel, and Word).
• Strong communication skills (oral, written - fluent in English), strong interpersonal skills, and strong basic math skills.
• High attention to detail and quality, and able to flourish in a fast- paced environment.
• Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others in a positive manner.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work overtime, and / or weekends if needed.

HOURS :

2nd shift : - 2 : 30 PM - 11 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Overtime required as needed.
