Key Responsibilities :

Custom Itinerary Creation : Design tailored travel plans based on each clients interests preferences and budgets covering accommodations activities transportation and dining.

Client Engagement : Conduct virtual consultations to understand clients travel aspirations and requirements.

Vendor Collaboration : Partner with trusted travel suppliers and tour operators to secure the best options and rates.

Booking Coordination : Manage travel bookings and confirmations ensuring a seamless and accurate process.

Ongoing Support : Assist clients throughout the planning phase and during their trips promptly handling any changes or issues.

Industry Awareness : Keep up-to-date with the latest travel trends destination insights and special offers to provide expert recommendations.

Feedback & Follow-Up : Connect with clients after their travels to collect feedback and foster ongoing relationships.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in travel planning hospitality or customer service is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Effective communicator with problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable using digital research and booking platforms.

Self-driven and capable of working independently from a remote setting.
