Senior Manager, Data Science

You’ll join a team of talented data scientists focused on advancing marketing analytics capabilities. This role will be instrumental in translating complex marketing challenges into data-driven solutions, driving insights that optimize campaign performance, enhance customer understanding, and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise in data science, proven leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of marketing strategies and analytics.

Senior Manager, Data Science Responsibilities :

Apply a strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design.

Oversee the end-to-end data science lifecycle, including data collection, cleaning, feature engineering, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.

Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data used for analysis and modeling.

Contribute to the development of scalable data pipelines and analytical infrastructure in collaboration with data engineering teams.

Senior Manager, Data Science Qualifications :

Education : Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.

Ideally 10+ years of experience; open to 7–8+ years for candidates with a PhD.

Strong track record of building production-ready models used successfully in market, with measurable business impact.

Significant experience in marketing analytics (not risk analytics).

Prior management / leadership experience (mentoring, coaching, growing teams).
