As a lead program manager on our team, you'll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding integrated government teams. The client will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the defense market, you'll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting our client's mission. You'll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This is your chance to impact the client while sharing your knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies.

You Have :

• 10+ years of experience with program or project management involving computer systems or computer software
• 3+ years of experience with United States Air Force computer systems or computer software, including software development requirements analysis, testing, and fielding for software development and delivery
• Top Secret clearance
• Master's degree in CS

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
