Location : Beaverton - OR (100% ONSITE)
We are seeking a team member with the ability to leverage best practices methodology and inventory analysis, end of life cycle, and inventory management with a high degree of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Unloading incoming shipments, verifying items against documentation, and placing them in storage.
- Maintain inventory storage space in the depot
- Inventory process and procedures and product dating methods
- Picking, packing, and labeling orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicating with management about any inventory issues
- Work with management if products are missing and damaged with shipment allotment.
- Provides the first level of maintenance for troubleshooting inventory issues, while providing opportunities for improvement
- Experience with resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Preparing outgoing shipments, loading trucks, and ensuring proper packaging and labeling
- Learn and understand all aspects of inventory to become the location (SME) subject matter expert.
- Experience in disposition of return to inventory (RTI), return to vendor (RTV) and end of life and disposition of company assets.
- Experience in ServiceNow and hardware asset management.
- Work with customer or supervisor to determine configurations, lead times for supply and repair of spares, as well as end-of-life analysis for contracted equipment
- Ability to consistently lift boxes up to 40 pounds through an 8 hour shift
Knowledge / Business Skills : Requirements
2 years experience and knowledge of inventory process and procedures, including cycle counting, Kanban, physical year / quarterly counts.RFID experience in maintaining inventory levels including receiving, storage, and auditingExperience with ServiceNow and Hardware Asset ManagementRelationships building skills across functions and teamsOperating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.Ability to interact with customers to ensure that the service is polite, efficient, and responsiveKnowledge of inventory management and life cycleHighly proactive and solution drivenInterpersonal skills includingProblem solving and root cause analysisBeing visible to customers and internal team membersWhat We Offer
