Part-time Resource Paraprofessional at Black Elk Elementary

Black Elk is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative resource paraprofessional to join our team. Were looking for someone passionate about supporting students who thrives in a team environment and is eager to make a meaningful difference in childrens lives.

What Youll Do :

• Work closely with individual students and small groups in a variety of settings throughout the day to support learning goals in reading writing math and social skills.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers to provide targeted support share progress data and adjust strategies to meet student needs.
• Create and maintain a positive supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students engagement and success. Assist students with organization staying on task and completing assignments.

Working Hours : 20 hours a week
