Desktop Support

Job Summary :

o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

o 10+ years of work experience.

o Extensive hands-on experience in implementing and integrating ALM solutions in complex environments.

o Expertise in Siemens Polarion; certification is a plus.

• Polarion ALM-PLM integration
• The configuration of Polarion and Polarion project templates
• Implementation of complex dashboards
• Administration tasks related to process management in Polarion

o Proven experience with integrating engineering tools and creating CI / CD pipelines.

o Familiarity with ALM Infrastructure setup and configuration.

o Working knowledge of Java, J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML for customization and scripting within ALM tools.
