Material Handler

CorTech is a service-oriented staffing / recruiting company dedicated to working closely with our clients. We are currently hiring for Material Handler in Columbia, MO. $19-$22 / hour Monday to Friday 2nd : 3.30pm to 12.30am 3rd shift is Sun 9 : 30pm-6 : 30am M-Th 12 : 30 am-6 : 30 am 40 hours per week, OT on weekends Material Handler responsibilities will include supporting production lines with required materials and receiving materials with put away to the warehouse. Requirements : - High school diploma or GED required - Prior warehouse and / or forklift experience required Job Duties but not limited to the following : 1) Make scans to transfer material in SAP with physical transfer of the product. 2) Unbox material for the product line. 3) Waste removal from product lines and recycle areas. 4) Sort material in receiving for put away 5) Operate a lift unit (Wave) to get parts stored in higher locations. 6) Clean areas as needed. Job duties include but not limited to : - Start each job with a verified first piece of product that meets quality standards, follows in-process inspection procedures, checks quality of work visually, and verifies inspections are completing records. - Performs assembly operations in a safe manner based on prescribed safety methods as instructed by supervisor and / or leader . - Assembles sub-assembly and final assembly based on standardized manufacturing routings in an efficient manner in compliance with cycle times and production
