The Opportunity :

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Tax Manager to oversee all global tax matters and ensure full compliance with U.S. and international tax regulations. This role will be responsible for working closely with third-party tax consultants to manage all areas of tax compliance and reportingincluding but not limited to income tax, sales tax, local tax, R&D tax filings, and Section 174 capitalization. The Tax Manager will also support global tax provision and nexus analysis across multiple jurisdictions, including the U.S., U.K., Brazil, Australia, and India.

Responsibilities :

• Global Tax Compliance

Manage and coordinate with third-party consultants to ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of all corporate income tax returns in the U.S., U.K., Brazil, and Australia.

Partner with external consultants to prepare and review the global income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740.

Oversee the preparation and filing of U.S. sales and use tax returns; ensure compliance with evolving state and local tax requirements.

Maintain and enhance internal controls over tax processes.
