Business Developer - Fertilizer & Agronomic Innovation

Philadelphia, PA [USA] / Atlanta, GA, FL, AL [USA] / Charlotte, NC, SC [USA]

Your duties :

  • Identify and realize new business opportunities to strengthen our presence in the market.
  • Accompany and support the sales teams in the field in achieving their objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a solid network of partners (Agricultural Distributors, Producers, etc.) on a local, regional or national scale.
  • Represent our brand at professional events and support the launch of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our local & international teams to share best practices and foster innovation.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned, as needed.

Work environment :

  • Flexible work location within your assigned region.
  • Frequent travel ( to 4 days / week), overnight stays included.
  • Profil attendu : Your background :

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • 5+ years of professional experience working in Product Sales.
  • Experience in Agribusiness is strongly preferred (alternatively, we would consider genuine passion / interest in the agricultural industry and its various stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to unite teams and stakeholders around ambitious & complex projects.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented demeanor.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; this person is expected to have excellent networking skills and excelin the art of negotiation.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written); strong proficiency in English is required.
