As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision making for our clients. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions and help drive business growth.

Responsibilities :

• Collect and clean data from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy

Analyze and interpret large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data findings effectively

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting

Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field

Proven experience in data analysis and visualization, preferably in a marketing or digital agency setting

Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets

Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques for data mining and analysis

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues and clients

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
