Senior Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to provide technical and analytical support in population health activities. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance reports related to quality improvement initiatives using Epic and Power BI Analyze healthcare data to support provider, staff, and population health performance metrics Collaborate with Quality and Population Health Managers and other stakeholders to identify reporting needs Required Qualifications Two years of experience in data tracking and report generation Associate's Degree in Healthcare or a related field Experience with Epic, especially Cogito and / or Cadence (preferred) Proficiency in Power BI (preferred) Prior experience in a healthcare or healthcare IT environment
