About the Role

We're seeking motivated individuals with a positive attitude to join our Farmers Insurance agency team as Inside Sales Representatives. In this role, you'll connect with potential and existing clients by phone, email, and in-person.

We are looking for a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Needs Assessment : Understand client's financial situations and current coverage.
• Product Explanation : Clearly explain insurance policies, features, and benefits.
• Policy Recommendations : Suggest the right solutions based on client needs.
• Sales & Closing : Guide clients through the process and finalize policies.
• Administrative Support : Prepare quotes, process applications, and maintain records.
• Client Relationships : Build trust and long-term relationships with policyholders.

Requirements

What We're Looking For :

Bilingual speaker (English / Spanish required)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A great attitude and genuine eagerness to learn

Self-motivated with a proactive mindset

Open to feedback and coaching

Sales-minded and resilient when facing rejection

No prior experience required (training provided)
