Job Title : Workday Architect

Position Overview :
Join our team as a Workday Architect to shape the future of our Workday environment. This role will design, implement, and support scalable configurations and integrations that meet diverse business needs while maintaining compliance and security standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own architectural design across Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Recruiting, and Compensation.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to deliver aligned technical solutions.
- Set configuration guidelines to ensure performance and adaptability.
- Manage integrations to internal tools and third-party platforms.
- Keep detailed architectural documentation and technical records.
- Evaluate new releases for process improvement opportunities.
- Support and mentor the Workday support team.
- Provide Tier-3 support for Workday issues.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field.7+ years of Workday experience; minimum 3 years in architecture / lead capacity.Advanced knowledge of Workday modules and integration frameworks.Experience in large, distributed enterprise settings.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Workday certifications a plus.Preferred Skills :
Workday Security and Reporting proficiency.Understanding of cloud system integration.Awareness of HR / payroll compliance standards.Agile methodology or project management background.
