Board Certified or Board Eligible OB Hospitalist

License : Active Texas license

Certifications :

Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB / GYN

Must-Have :

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB / GYN
  • Active Texas license
  • Clean malpractice and license history
  • Residency within the immediate local area
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience

Job Description :

  • Handle an annual delivery volume, 40% being C-sections
  • Manage unscheduled outpatient OB / GYN triage visits
  • Conduct OBED consults and collaborate with neonatologists
  • Assist in high-risk pregnancies and inpatient care
  • Respond to emergencies in the labor and delivery unit
  • Provide care for unassigned patients and handle ER consults
  • Work with maternal-fetal medicine specialists
  • Assist in surgical procedures during Cesarean sections
