```Duties```

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems
• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, and appliances
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or questions

```Skills```

This position requires a journeyperson plumber who is skilled in various aspects of plumbing work. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. They will need to have a strong understanding of welding techniques, hand tools used in plumbing work, and the ability to assemble and disassemble plumbing components accurately. Heavy lifting may be required at times.

In addition to technical skills, the journeyperson plumber should possess excellent problem-solving abilities and be able to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting plumbing issues that may arise. A background in building or construction work as a maintenance person is a plus.

A valid commercial driving license is preferred as there may be a need to transport materials or equipment to job sites.
