job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMaintains and supervises the delivery of quality patient care by assuring that the Nursing Care Plan is developed, implemented and followed. Receiving admissions and / or transfers to the unit Initial and on-going systematic patient assessment Timely and accurate documentation Interpreting assessment / diagnostic data Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Promoting continuous quality improvement Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the State of Louisiana and must maintain license renewal in accordance with the standards of the LSBN. Positive, caring and customer-service-oriented attitude Current BLS and ACLS certificate required (Sage will cover the cost for certification) Time management skills and great communication is a MUST Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Competitive Pay Increased Earning Potential Health, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Short-term & Long-term Disability 401(k) Paid Time Off
