Senior Director Acquisition Marketing

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Director of Acquisition Marketing to lead growth for a fast-paced direct-to-consumer brand. This role reports to the CMO and is responsible for driving measurable subscriber and revenue growth across both digital and offline channels.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with expertise in SEM, paid social, display, streaming, and emerging media, plus comfort investing in TV, radio, CTV, and podcasts. Experience in subscription-based, financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Lead strategy and execution across core performance channels (SEM, social, display, mobile).
• Expand acquisition into new media (TV, radio, CTV, podcast).
• Drive measurement, attribution, and testing culture to maximize ROAS and LTV.
• Collaborate with product and creative teams to align acquisition with brand awareness.
• Manage agencies / vendors and mentor a high-performing team.

What We’re Looking For

Compensation : $200,000 – $225,000 base + bonus, with excellent overall comprehensive benefits
