Summary :
We are currently seeking a Technical Solutions Advisor to facilitate successful integrations for medium, large, and enterprise-level merchants within newly acquired business pipeline. This role entails advising on technical best practices, developing integration plans, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process to Marketplace. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical and client-facing skills, fostering successful partnerships and driving continuous improvement in our integration processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead technical discovery sessions to determine the integration path, scope, and timeline.
- Develop seller-specific integration plans and consensus among stakeholders.
- Serve as a technical liaison, clarifying project scopes and roadmaps.
- Advise on technical system implementations to ensure client success.
- Oversee integration processes from start to finish, addressing any concerns proactively to guarantee a successful launch.
