job_description.job_card.job_descriptionThe DHS CBP Program Management Office Directorate (PMOD) serves as the Independent Test Authority (ITA) for CBP acquisition programs and requires comprehensive systems engineering and test and evaluation (T&E) support. SimIS seeks an Administrative Specialist to provide essential administrative support for all program activities, ensuring efficient operations, compliance with government requirements, and effective coordination between team members and government stakeholders. This role requires expertise in government contracting procedures, document management, and coordination of complex logistics including travel, meetings, and deliverable submissions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools Knowledge of document management and version control systems Understanding of travel coordination and logistics management Familiarity with government reporting requirements and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Key Responsibilities Coordinate administrative support for all program activities and deliverables Manage document control and version management for all project deliverables Coordinate travel arrangements for field teams and government meetings Support meeting coordination, scheduling, and logistics Assist with preparation of monthly status reports and administrative documentation Maintain project files and ensure compliance with government record-keeping requirements Coordinate with government stakeholders for administrative matters Support contract administration and deliverable submission processes Manage team logistics and administrative coordination Ensure compliance with DHS administrative and security requirements Support quality management processes with administrative coordination Assist with onboarding and administrative support for new team members Benefits : Medical, Dental, and Vision Short-Term Disability (at no cost to you) & Long-Term Disability Life Insurance 401(k) Savings Plan Flex Spending Accounts Tuition Assistance Program Professional Development Paid Time Off (PTO) 11 Federal Holidays each year SimIS, Inc. is an EOE / M / F / Disability / VET / Drug Free Employer Powered by JazzHR
