Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain requirement documents to ensure alignment with regulatory and health plan requirements

Monitor regulatory updates and provide recommendations for process improvements and cost savings

Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate requirement interpretations and manage review processes

Required Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience in a managed care organization or health insurance

Knowledge of policy and government legislative review

Familiarity with administration systems

Robust knowledge of Office Product Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

Previous success in a dynamic and autonomous work environment
