Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with ARRT(R)(CT) certification and at least one year of recent CT experience for a high-volume, patient-centered environment.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in a 182-bed teaching hospital with Trauma Level IV designation
  • Serve patients across ED, inpatient, and outpatient areas with a variety of diagnoses
  • Use Siemens and GE CT imaging equipment
  • Document patient care using Epic EMR
  • 12-hour day shifts from 7 : 30 AM to 8 : 00 PM
  • Weekend rotation and on-call requirements may apply, details discussed during interview
  • No floating to other departments is required
  • Holiday coverage includes working 75% of holidays
  • Schedule cycles every 4 weeks
  • Work in a high-volume department with a team-focused, patient-centered culture
  • Support available from nursing and transport staff
  • Orientation includes online courses (NEO) and 3-5 days of departmental training
  • Black scrubs are required
  • Free parking provided
  • All skills and procedures specific to modality are discussed during the interview
  • Manager approval required for requested time off
  • License required if applicable

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a CT Technologist
  • ARRT(R)(CT) certification and current BLS required
  • Photo ID required for compliance
  • Must meet a radius rule : permanent residence must be at least 50 miles from the facility
  • First-time travelers are welcome
  • Experience with Epic EMR preferred
