Responsibilities

As a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) , you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Occupational Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Design and deliver patient-centered treatment plans that make a lasting difference

Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team

Document progress, meet productivity standards, and champion recovery goals

Build strong, trusted relationships with your patients, their families, and your care team

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Valid state license (or pending if you're newly licensed!)

Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, or as your schedule allows

Prior experience in long-term care, acute, or rehab settings is welcome—but not required!
