QA Specialist :

We are seeking a QA specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working on complex problems, being a part of a collaborative group, and enjoys working on a variety of tasks & products.

Job Duties :

  • Conduct thorough testing of all software products, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing across various platforms and devices.
  • Perform quality assurance activities for multiple software releases. Monitor, track, and document testing efforts, outcomes, and defects.
  • Interpret, apply, and enhance QA standards to maintain compliance with internal processes and industry best practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and testing documentation for all new features, software enhancements, and update releases.
  • Work closely with the product manager and developers to ensure alignment on specifications and to deliver high-quality software to our customers.

Requirements :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions based on test data.
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting bugs, writing test cases, and collaborating across teams.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Experience in the retail or food and beverage industries
  • Working knowledge of SQL for database testing and verification.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development practices and understanding of how QA integrates into iterative release cycles.
