The Director Data Warehouse & Analytics Architecture is responsible for theSolution Architecturefor the EDW and Analytics domain interpreting the organizations objectives and the enterprise context into standards and usage guidelines. You will be a key member of theleadershipteam engaging in all aspects of running thedata warehousing& analytics services with a specialization in the use of technology to fulfill business objectives.

This position will lead thesolution architectureteams delivering on conceptual design of projects in line with theEnterprise architecturestandards and this role covers Data Architecture DW Security architecture DW Integration architecture and DW Platform architecture. This requires close working relationships with Business andIT leadership internal customers business teams andEnterprise Architectureteams.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

Build and lead an advanced enterpriseanalytics solution architecture team.
Lead thesolution architectureand enabling technologies strategy for the Analytics team. Evangelize and drive alignment on the adoption and realization of the strategy.
Partner with business alignment team and business leaders on all initiatives in the domain.
Providethought leadershipand act as the trusted technical adviser to the business and technologyleadershipteam.
Demonstrate deep understanding of critical business issues and requirements and recommending IT solutions that provide competitive advantage.
Assure IT solutions for the business provide an exceptional user experience while being compliant and cyber-safe.
Build a team of business champions in enabling a data-oriented decision-making culture and iteratively work with them in adopting the insights and analytics.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelors degreein ComputerScienceInformation Technology or Engineering

8 years of experience inInformation Technology

WE VALUE

Proven track record ofdrivingand leading large-scale architectural or delivery projects throughout an entire business through to completion.

Solution Architectureexperience working withinData Architectureand BusinessData Warehousingdomain

Strong technology experience preferably past delivery lead role experience of multiple technologies including but not limited toSnowflake SAP HanaSAPBIData Integration common knowledge of security application anddata security and data architectures

Exposure to various aspects of architecture practices : business application data security infrastructure and governance working knowledge of architecture frameworks

Experience inbig datatechnologies

Snowflake SAP ERP HANA platformTableauand Power BI reporting experience required

Cloud platformsexperience preferred (AzureAWS Google Cloud Pivotal etc)

Excellentleadership communicationand executive presence

Understanding of keyinformation technologysolutions and practices

Strongbusiness acumenand ability to translate new technology into business value

Creation of result-orientedManagementOperating System

Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems

Creative andcollaborativeproblem-solvingcapability

Conveys specific observable and measurable expectations for each assignment
