Salary range : $70k to $85k depending on experience + full time benefits

Position Summary : We are seeking a Finance Analyst with strong accounting knowledge and 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or accounting. This role blends financial planning with deep accounting responsibilities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, variance analysis, and compliance. Candidates with mortgage or lending industry experience will be highly valued, as you will support both FP&A functions and the accounting needs unique to mortgage operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly channel and segment reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support monthly corporate and branch close activities, including allocations between channels and within branches, with a focus on improving branch close timing.
• Conduct variance and reconciliation analysis across branch, channel, and corporate activity to ensure consistent reporting.
• Utilize SQL and Power BI to build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports that provide clear visibility into profitability and business drivers.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to bridge the gap between financial reporting and business performance.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and executive-level reporting on financial and accounting performance.
