Our renowned plastic surgery office is looking to add to our team in hiring a full-time Practice Administrator to join our rapidly growing practice. We are seeking an extremely polished individual with strong work ethic and a positive attitude to assist our nationally recognized surgeon. This position is for someone that loves the cosmetic industry and has a passion for helping others look and feel their best! The ideal candidate will display professionalism, excellent leadership skills, a strong sense for detail, an abundance of positive energy, and a strong command in leading a busy plastic surgery team. KEY DESCRIPTION :
- Responsible for creating a 5 star staff and patient experience
- Liaison between surgeon, staff, and patients
- Effectively manages and follows up with all emails / call within a 24 hour period
- Maintains an expert level of knowledge of all practice services and procedures
- Promote surgeon and surgical results
- Assist with in-person and virtual consultations
- Highly articulate, well-poised, polished, congenial, with a strong problem-solving ability
- Professional appearance always with a professional and polite demeanor
- Accountable and highly motivated
- Ability to effectively build rapport and trust with prospective patients
- In essence, an energetic, driven leader to manage a busy and growing plastic surgery practice in the Space Coast.
ROLE DESCRIPTION :
This is a full time on-site role for a Practice Administrator located in Melbourne, FL. The Practice Administrator will oversee daily operations of the medical practice, manage staff, handle budgeting and financial planning, and ensure compliance with medical regulations. Additional tasks include managing patient records, scheduling, and coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure efficient practice management.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Experience in Medical Practice Management, and Practice ManagementKnowledge of Medical Office procedures and MedicineProficiency in Budgeting and financial planning in a medical settingStrong organizational and leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficientlyExperience in plastic surgery practice is a plusBachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferredNOT REQUIRED, BUT BONUS POINTS FOR :
