DENTAL FRONT OFFICE – BACK OFFICE

Our beautiful state-of-the art boutique-type dental office in North Phoenix, AZ is looking for an AMAZING / BUBBLY / KNOWLEDGEABLE / EXCELLENT addition to our Dental Team! MUST have at least 2 years of Dentrix experience!

Main Duties for Dental Front office – Back Office

Assisting Office Manager with whatever is needed as well as helping back office with minor duties and keeping flow going smoothly.

Dental Front Office :

  • In charge of all unscheduled treatment plans and working to get patients scheduled
  • Insurance verification
  • Make appointments
  • Greet patients
  • Check in
  • Check out
  • Recalls and Care Calls
  • Marketing / Facebook / Instagram

Dental Back Office :

  • Seat patients /
  • Take X-rays
  • Set up / Tear Down Rooms
  • Help Keep Back Office on schedule.
  • Keep Track of Lab Cases
  • Assist in Minor procedures.

    • Hours : Monday - Thursday

  • Monday 8 : 30-5
  • Tuesday 8 : 30-6
  • Wednesday 8 : 30-6
  • Thursday 8 : 30-5

    • Pay Rate : $22-28 / hr depending on experience.
