School Psychologist – 2025–2026 School Year – In-Person

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated School Psychologist for the 2025–2026 school year! We are a women- and therapist-founded company that began in Washington and is now also local to Illinois. Our mission is to elevate the school-based experience for professionals like you—providing strong support, meaningful collaboration, and a team that truly understands the work you do.

We offer in-person, full-time positions and are excited to welcome passionate, equity-driven School Psychologists to our team.

Position Details

Schedule : Full-Time (37.5 hours a week) OR Part-Time ( 15-22.5 hours a week)

Location : Hybrid- position with days in person AND remote! 2 elementary schools (no specialized programs)

Start Date : ASAP

Service Area : Counseling caseload (10–15 students), evaluations, IEP support, and school-based consultation

Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive student evaluations
• Provide ongoing counseling to a small caseload
• Prepare IEP reports and participate in IEP meetings
• Support MTSS processes, conduct classroom observations, and assist with problem-solving
• Respond to crisis calls as needed
• Deliver progress reports and maintain compliant documentation
• Collaborate with school staff and multidisciplinary teams
