Experience : New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply. Technical Skills : Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus. Soft Skills : Strong empathy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, cultural competence, and the ability to work independently. Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse patient population. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with practice policies. Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of clinical social work practice.
