💫 About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Neonatologist to provide in-house shift coverage as part of a dynamic and collaborative team. You’ll be part of a mission-driven group that values clinical excellence, teamwork, and the delivery of high-quality care for newborns and their families.

👩‍⚕️ Role Highlights

Provide comprehensive in-house coverage across weekdays, nights, and weekends

Manage and care for approximately 14 infants daily in a Level IV NICU

Serve as the sole in-house provider (no NPs or PAs) with full autonomy for procedures such as intubations

Collaborate closely with pediatric specialists, nursing, and hospital teams to ensure exceptional outcomes

No ECMO management required

Optional certification for moderate sedation (exam provided if interested)

🩺 Qualifications

✅ Board Certified in Neonatology – Required

✅ Active California Medical License – Required

✅ Recent clinical experience within the last 12 months – Required

✅ Level IV NICU experience – Required

✅ Commitment to compassionate, family-centered neonatal care
