UiPath Automation Engineer Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement UiPath automation scripts and frameworks, focusing on end-to-end automation for enterprise-level processes.

Lead document automation projects, starting with PDF comparison automation for policy document reviews, and expand to UI and API automation initiatives.

Configure and manage UiPath components, including Studio, Orchestrator, and Assistant, to build and deploy attended and unattended robots.

Integrate UiPath automation workflows with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for PDF intake and Azure DevOps for CI / CD pipelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including .NET and Java application developers, to gather requirements and ensure seamless automation integration.

Analyze and optimize automation workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in UiPath projects, ensuring robust error-handling and reliable automation processes.

Document automation processes, configurations, and technical specifications to support team knowledge sharing and compliance.

Participate in requirement gathering, component analysis, and pre-development considerations to build bots from scratch.

Monitor and maintain Orchestrator assets, storage buckets, and automation performance metrics. Required Skills and Qualifications UiPath Expertise (50%)

2-3 years of hands-on experience with UiPath, including proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Assistant.

Strong knowledge of UiPath tool components, features, and modules for end-to-end automation, including attended and unattended robot setups.

Experience building bots from scratch, including component analysis, pre-development considerations, and workflow optimization.

Familiarity with Orchestrator assets, storage buckets, and automation project troubleshooting. Technical Implementation (50%)

Proven experience developing enterprise-level automation projects, including requirement gathering and script automation.

Ability to configure and manage CI / CD pipelines for UiPath automation, preferably with Azure DevOps.

Strong scripting and troubleshooting skills to analyze and resolve automation issues.

Experience integrating UiPath with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure) and working with .NET or Java-based applications. Additional Considerations

Prior UiPath implementation experience in document automation or policy review projects is a plus.

Knowledge of the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry is advantageous.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies or DevOps practices for automation project delivery is highly valued.

Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.
