• Unit : PT, OT, Speech - Marian & Arroyo Grande (home based care)
• Certs : Speech - do they prefer / require CCC-SLP and / or CCC-A credential? BLS required
• EMR : Cerner
• Rehab Aides / OTA / PTA : yes - usually will be perm staff though
• Weekend Requirement : every 3rd weekend
• Holidays : minor holidays, major only if needed
• Scrub Color / Uniform : business attire with white lab coat, no jeans
• Outpatient and Inpatient : N / A
• Shifts : flexible, majority of work hours are M-F 8am-5pm
• What areas are they required to cover : they will be assigned to a geographical region
• Floor specific orientation : 1.5-2 weeks
• Common diagnosis / Types of patients : PT / OT - ortho, strokes, ortho, joints, spinal injuries speech - anything
• Additional Notes : Candidates must have experience with Oasis (gov't mandated form). Must also have one year experience working PT / OT / Sp, home setting experience is preferred but not required.
