Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description :

Develop and write individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results

Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans

Monitor client progress, behavior changes, and adjust programs to maximize positive outcomes

Supervise clients, RBTs, and BCBA candidates in-person and / or remotely through video calls

Create specific, observable, and measurable goals for families and staff to implement

Collaborate with families, staff and other professionals to create a supportive environment for behavior change

Clinically review assigned RBT session notes on a regular basis

Conduct training for caregivers / family members to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across all environments

Maintain open and effective communication with clients, families and staff

Ensure all clinical documentation is completed in a timely manner and in compliance with ethical guidelines and BACB standards

Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including progress notes, reports, and data sheets.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications :

Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Must be willing to obtain LBA in VA

Experience providing services to individuals with ASD

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Attributes :

Prioritize the care of clients and their families in all treatment and practices

Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Effective written and oral communication skills to promote quality care

Commitment to adhering to the highest ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality
