A company is looking for a Contract Specialist to provide full-lifecycle acquisition and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct acquisition planning and market research to determine contracting strategies
Prepare solicitations, RFPs, RFQs, and issue amendments
Administer contracts, resolve payment issues, and support closeout activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
At least 5 years of federal contracting experience, including construction and A / E contracts
Ability to obtain HSPD-12 PIV credentials and pass a federal background investigation
Strong understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific supplements
