Your Role

Connect with members virtually through Zoom or phone to review available coverage options

Provide clear, personalized explanations to help families make confident decisions

Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed on time

Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals and deliver excellent service

Participate in team discussions, bringing ideas that support growth and improvement

What We're Looking For

Must be legally eligible to work in the United States

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience in customer service, sales, or team-based work (preferred)

Strong communication and listening skills with professional presentation

Comfortable with Zoom and digital forms / documentation
