A typical day will include sorting mail after it's dropped off for the day. Print documents / attachments. Sorting, and scanning of documents from batches of documents from clients. The day will vary from day to day, depending on what comes in for that day.

This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

This will be on the job training and the hours during training will be 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm, Monday - Friday.

Primary Responsibilities :

Sorting mail

Scanning documents

Operating mail machine

Printing attachments

Answering and managing incoming calls

Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma / GED

Must be 18 years of age OR older

Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system application

Experience with Microsoft Outlook

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 - $24.23 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
