What You’ll Be Doing

As an Optometric Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our practice runs smoothly and that every patient feels cared for. Your responsibilities will include :

• Greeting patients with a warm smile and assisting with check-ins.
• Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
• Managing patient records and ensuring accurate data entry.
• Assisting with billing and insurance verification.
• Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
• Supporting the optometric team with administrative tasks as needed.
