Job Description :
Pay Range : $50hr - $55hr
Responsibilities or Duties :
- Gather and define business and system requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and develop design documents.
- Facilitate engagement sessions with stakeholders.
- Maintain relationships with business units to ensure alignment of IT and business requirements.
- Review existing business requirements and collaborate with clinical experts for refinements.
- Design and lead sessions to validate and collect business / IT requirements.
- Create detailed documentation including workflows, use cases, user guides, and training materials.
- Analyze requirements to support the clinical standardization project and recommend effective solutions.
- Support implementation efforts with strong communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Adhere to privacy and confidentiality policies, including signing a non-disclosure agreement and completing privacy training.
Requirement / Must Have :
University degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent education / experience.5+ years of experience as a Clinical Business Analyst or Clinical Informatics Analyst5+ years of experience working with Health Information Systems (EHR / CIS) and healthcare operations.3+ years of experience in CIS implementation projects with direct involvement in healthcare operations.Experience :
5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use case and process analysis, detailed design, and documentation.5+ years of experience in clinical documentation, CPOE, order sets, or ancillary services (Pharmacy, Medical Imaging, Laboratory).3+ years of workshop facilitation with healthcare providers.5+ years of experience working with minimal supervision and engaging multiple stakeholders.5+ years of multitasking across multiple teams and project streams.5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams).2+ years of experience using Atlassian JIRA in a project environment.Should have :
Experience working within public health authorities.
