Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (flexible schedule, must work at least 36 hours)
Practice Setting : Outpatient Women’s Health Clinic with Integrated Hospital Coverage
Call Schedule : Shared rotation among OB / GYN team (6-7 calls per month 24 hr shifts)

Position Overview
A respected, community-based women’s health practice in Casa Grande, Arizona is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB / GYN Physician to join its collaborative team. This full-time role integrates outpatient clinic services with inpatient obstetrics and surgical coverage at a nearby hospital, providing continuity of care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Situated between Phoenix and Tucson, this position offers the opportunity to establish a fulfilling OB / GYN practice in a medically underserved area—perfect for physicians who are committed to patient-centered care and clinical equity.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary : $300,000 – $375,000 (based on experience)
- Incentive Plan : Productivity-based RVU bonus structure (Up to $50-75k bonus per year)
- Relocation Assistance : Up to $10,000
- Additional work stipend for New Residents

Deliver comprehensive outpatient gynecologic care, including preventive services, contraceptive counseling, screenings, and diagnosticsManage all aspects of obstetric care : prenatal, labor & delivery (vaginal and cesarean), and postpartum follow-upPerform gynecologic surgeries, including laparoscopic and minimally invasive proceduresCollaborate with hospital and clinic teams to ensure seamless patient careEducate patients on reproductive health, fertility, and family planning optionsMaintain accurate and timely EMR documentationParticipate in practice development, quality initiatives, and community outreach effortsCandidate Requirements
Minimum :
MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical schoolCompletion of an ACGME-accredited OB / GYN residencyBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & GynecologyArizona medical license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)Preferred :
