OB / GYN Physician – Comprehensive Practice | Outpatient & Inpatient Care | Community-Focused Setting

Location : Casa Grande, Arizona

Employment Type : Full-Time

Schedule : Monday – Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (flexible schedule, must work at least 36 hours)

Practice Setting : Outpatient Women’s Health Clinic with Integrated Hospital Coverage

Call Schedule : Shared rotation among OB / GYN team (6-7 calls per month 24 hr shifts)

Travel : None

Position Overview

A respected, community-based women’s health practice in Casa Grande, Arizona is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB / GYN Physician to join its collaborative team. This full-time role integrates outpatient clinic services with inpatient obstetrics and surgical coverage at a nearby hospital, providing continuity of care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Situated between Phoenix and Tucson, this position offers the opportunity to establish a fulfilling OB / GYN practice in a medically underserved area—perfect for physicians who are committed to patient-centered care and clinical equity.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary : $300,000 – $375,000 (based on experience)
• Incentive Plan : Productivity-based RVU bonus structure (Up to $50-75k bonus per year)
• Relocation Assistance : Up to $10,000
• Additional work stipend for New Residents
