Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing programs to promote surgical spine products.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the surgical device industry.
  • Create and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies across product lines.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and industry stakeholders.
  • Attend industry conferences and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of product launches and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies in all marketing initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

  • 3-7 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Familiarity with branding and promotional strategies.
