Qualifications :
- California RN License
- Certification : Oncology Provider Card (from ONS)
- American Health Association BLS
- 2 years of recent Infusion nursing experience
Infusion RN Contract Details :
$2,222 - $2,455 per weekAM shift available13-week contract with possibility to extendInfusions, phlebotomy, starting IVs, and port accessDuties : primarily responsible for administering intravenous (IV) medications and fluids to patients, closely monitoring them for any adverse reactions throughout the infusion process, and providing necessary supportive care, including patient education about their treatment and potential side effects; this often involves specialized knowledge of various medications like chemotherapy drugs and a high level of skill in IV access placement and management.Typically, these contracts are Monday - Friday scheduleEstimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.
