About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Revenue Cycle and Managed Care to provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership across its enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring sustainable net revenue performance, enhancing payer contracting strategies, and improving the patient financial experience. This role requires a strong focus on utilizing technology and analytics to position the organization for success in both fee-for-service and value-based models. Key responsibilities include planning, organizing, and managing operations related to billing, collections, payment processing, pricing, third-party payer relationships, compliance, and financial analysis. The Vice President will also be involved in developing and executing processes to meet revenue cycle objectives, overseeing training, and monitoring performance, as well as formulating managed care strategies. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Master's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in revenue cycle operation services, hospital and physician billing revenue management, and managed care. Preferred qualifications include a background in leading payer contract negotiations and value-based reimbursement strategies, as well as experience in implementing revenue cycle technology, automation, and analytics solutions. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in the field, including the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external partners. Professional certifications such as HFMA, CHFP, or CRCR are also desirable.
