Accounts Payable Specialist

A global leader in the beauty and consumer products industry is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to join the team at their Tampa FL corporate office.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage high volumes of electronic invoices (75-100 per day) through 3-way matching for operations across the U.S., Canada, and manufacturing plants
• Utilize SAP platforms (FUSION, Wise, or Canada platform) to ensure accurate and timely payment processing
• Act as an Accounts Payable Champion, promoting compliance with internal financial policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and external vendors, to resolve blocked or parked invoices
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and conducting vendor statement reconciliations
• Leverage OCR tools, preferably ReadSoft, for document recognition and invoice automation.
• Apply advanced Excel skills, including vLOOKUPs and pivot tables, to analyze and manage data effectively
