Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to a dynamic team. Reporting to the Administrative Manager, this role also supports the Deputy Director and plays a key part in the day-to-day operations of the department.
This role is fully onsite in Cambridge, MA, and requires a detail-oriented, service-minded professional who can manage a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation : $20-23 / hr

Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support including ordering supplies, sorting mail, and greeting guestsManage calendars, travel, and communications for the Deputy DirectorCoordinate logistics for internal staff meetings, events, and catering needsAssist with scheduling and registrations for group tours and workshopsSubmit and process purchasing requisitions and invoices using internal systemsGenerate and process invoices, reimbursements, and travel expense reportsMaintain accurate records and directories; act as parking coordinatorEnsure office and common areas remain well organized and stockedSupport planning for special events and programs as neededHandle confidential information with discretionPerform additional administrative tasks as assignedQualifications :
High school diploma and 1-2+ years of administrative experienceStrong customer service skills and professional communicationProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google WorkspaceExcellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage interruptions effectivelyDiscretion and judgment in handling confidential informationExperience with SAP, Concur and familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems is a plusOur Commitment to Inclusion & Belonging
